1 Dead, 2 Injured In New Haven Apartment Fire

A woman died and two other people were injured in a fire at a New Haven apartment building early Monday morning.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Fire officials are investigating following a fatal blaze at a New Haven apartment building early Monday morning, according to WTNH. The fire broke out at about 1 a.m. on Saltonstall Avenue.

The fire was extinguished by 5 a.m. with most of the damage at the top of the building. One woman died and two others were injured in the fire, according to WTNH.
