11 New Haven Police Department Members To Be Promoted Friday

NEW HAVEN, CT — Friday, New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker and Chief of Police Karl Jacobson will host a promotion ceremony for 11 members of the New Haven Police Department.

The ceremony will be held at the Yale University Art Gallery, 1111 Chapel St. at 4 p.m
