21-Year-Old New Haven Man Shot On Blake Street Sunday Night: Police
The man, shot at around 9:40 p.m. Sunday, between Whittlesey Avenue and Osborn Street, sustained non-life-threatening injures, police said.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A 21-year-old New Haven man was shot late Sunday night on Blake Street, police said.
Cops got a 911 call about a person who'd been shot around 9:40 p.m., on Blake between Whittlesey Avenue and Osborn Street, according to police spokesperson Scott Shumway.
The man was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Shumway said.

The Bureau of Identification responded to the scene and collected ballistic evidence. Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit are leading the investigation.
