4 Injured In 2 New Haven Shootings On Thanksgiving
One shooting was reported in the area of Cedar Hill Avenue and Grace Street and another was reported in the area of Wilmot Road.
NEW HAVEN, CT — Four people were injured in two shootings on Thanksgiving, The New Haven Register reported. Emergency crews responded to a call reporting gunfire and people shot on Cedar Hill Avenue and Grace Street around 6 p.m. Three people had been shot and suffered injures that were not considered life-threatening.
Then around 9:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the hospital for a report of a gunshot wound victim arriving at the hospital in a private vehicle. Police believe the shooting may be connected to a report of gunfire in the area of Wilmot Road about an hour earlier, according to The New Haven Register.
