NEW HAVEN, CT — Late Tuesday night, a 46-year-old New Haven man was stabbed in Dixwell, police said.

It was just after 11 p.m. when patrol officers responded to the report of a stabbing in the area of Shelton Street and Munson Avenue, police wrote on "X."

Police noted the man's "wounds were deemed non-life-threatening."
