NEW HAVEN, CT — A reporter was visiting family in the financial district of NYC last year and was turned on to Wonder. Being familiar with Chef Marcus Samuelsson and seeing that his eatery Sweetbird was on the restaurant menu, it took around 10 minutes to download the app and place an order for Samuelsson's famous fried chicken to be delivered to Water Street within 20 minutes.

Yale University Properties invites the community to celebrate the grand opening of Wonder New Haven at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 9.
Join New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker, Alder Elias Theodore, the Wonder team, and Yale University Properties at 276 Elm Street, part of The Shops at Yale, to officially welcome one of the country's fastest-growing dining concepts to Downtown New Haven.
Wonder’s mission is to make great food more accessible to all. Wonder New Haven guests can mix and match items from more than 20 exclusive menus, including Bobby Flay Steak, Royal Greens, Tejas Barbecue, Detroit Brick Pizza Co., Yasas by Michael Symon, Limesalt, Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson, Alanza, and more.
With its sleek, modern food hall, Wonder New Haven offers a versatile dining experience; guests can enjoy dine-in seating, or order online and via the app for quick pickup and delivery. From poke and pasta to tacos and Thai, Wonder New Haven brings a world of iconic restaurants under one roof, allowing everyone to get exactly what they want in a single order, with $0 delivery fees. Wonder New Haven will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Before the grand opening, Wonder will host a soft opening Monday, July 6, through Wednesday, July 8. Guests who register will receive up to $15 off their meal (visit events.wonder.com/newhavengo for details) while helping the team prepare for opening day. At the grand opening on July 9, the first 100 guests will receive an exclusive Wonder gift with purchase.
