NEW HAVEN, CT — Local officials said they are investigating an incident from Wednesday night where a man was seriously injured by an unknown explosive device.
Between 8 and 9 p.m. at State and Clark streets, an adult man was seriously injured by an unknown explosive device, officials said.
He drove himself to the hospital.
No other details have been released.
