The 9 latest developments to watch across Connecticut (thehour.com) — One of New Haven's best-known waterfront wedding venues, Amarante's Sea Cliff in Morris Cove, is on the market for $7.9 million while remaining in operation. The statewide development roundup also highlights new affordable housing in Wallingford, a major Stamford Hospital expansion, and projects in Old Saybrook, Norwalk, New London, Newtown, and Bridgeport/Trumbull.

Arrest made, bikes seized after overnight street takeover hits several towns in New Haven County (wfsb.com) — A late-night street takeover involving motorcycles, scooters, and off-road vehicles moved through several New Haven County towns before North Haven police seized at least one bike and arrested a 29-year-old rider. Officers say these takeovers endanger riders, drivers, and pedestrians, and they're coordinating with neighboring departments to crack down on future incidents.
4. New Haven football rallies past Marist for first win of the season (wfsb.com) — Fans of the University of New Haven got a thriller as the Chargers erased a double-digit first-half deficit to edge Marist 22–21 in a sold-out home opener in West Haven. Now in their second Division I season, the Chargers and coach Mark Powell say the program's rapid growth continues, with another home game against Stonehill set for next Saturday.
