Saturday, Oct. 31

126 Conrad Drive, noon to 2 p.m. (also Sunday, noon to 2 p.m.), $499,900. This five-bedroom, three-bath raised ranch was built in 2009 in Westville near the Woodbridge town line. It has vaulted ceilings, an open living, dining and kitchen area with hardwood floors and a kitchen island, and a deck overlooking mature trees. A former garage bay is now a large heated and air-conditioned bonus room. The listing says the town recognizes it as a three-bedroom, three-bath home, with two finished lower-level rooms set up as bedrooms. It has 2,690 square feet, per Zillow.

41 Florence Avenue, 1 to 3 p.m. (also Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m.), $397,500. This three-bedroom, two-bath Nantucket-style home in Morris Cove is steps from the seawall and waterfront park, according to the listing. It has a covered front porch, shingle siding, a remodeled kitchen with granite counters and remodeled baths. A finished lower level of about 600 square feet has its own heat and air conditioning, and the listing cites a metal roof installed in 2021. The living room has a gas fireplace that the listing says has never been used, with no representation about whether it works. It has 1,796 square feet.

Sunday, Nov. 1

335 Saint John Street, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., $875,000. This four-bedroom, three-bath multifamily building is a brick building in Wooster Square, currently set up as three apartments, and the listing says zoning has approved a fourth in the basement. Each unit has hardwood floors, granite counters, an updated bath and an in-unit washer and dryer. The second-floor unit is vacant, and the other two are rented, one month to month. It dates to 1858, per Zillow, and has 2,386 square feet.

163 Saltonstall Avenue, 1 to 3 p.m., $299,900. This three-bedroom, two-bath home sits on a corner lot. The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and a bedroom that opens to a balcony, and upstairs are two bedrooms, a second living room and a full bath. The basement has a half bath. The listing says the lot offers room to expand, subject to zoning. It has 1,435 square feet.

Also open Sunday: 126 Conrad Drive, noon to 2 p.m., and 41 Florence Avenue, 1 to 3 p.m. (see Saturday).

Westville and Morris Cove are on opposite sides of town, so Saturday is a cross-city drive: Conrad Drive from noon, then Florence Avenue until 3 p.m. Sunday adds Wooster Square at 11:30 a.m. and Saltonstall Avenue from 1 p.m., with second chances at the other two.
