Anna Liffey's Closure: More Details Released
The reason behind the popular pub's closure has been released.

NEW HAVEN, CT — It's been a bad year for New Haven downtown pubs. Trinity Bar remains closed with repairs underway after a large fire and now Anna Liffey's has officially closed after its lease wasn't renewed.
The decision not to renew the lease was made a few days ago, owner Patrick Mansfield told the New Haven Register. He said he holds no animosity toward the building owner.
Christy's Irish Pub will be the only pub in the downtown New Haven area until Trinity Bar reopens. Trinity is expected to reopen around the new year.
