Beware! Q-Link Wireless

There are a lot of wireless phone companies now trying to get people's business who have the free state phones. There are some very reputable and good companies, this article is not about that it is about a company that is deceptive and takes advantage of people with their false advertising. For instance Q Link wireless claims to have unlimited data for an entire month. However when you get to 30 gigabytes of data it shuts down and does not allow you to use it. I called their customer service and it said that my wait time was 41 minutes, I waited 2.5 hours. I finally got a representative and he was trying to sell me more data?! I explained to him that I had an UNLIMITED DATA plan, his response was that I used it "too fast" and that it's not shut off. I told him it certainly is shut off and I said I wanted out of the contract due to deceptive advertising and he put me on hold for his supervisor. The recording kept repeating that I had a 24 minute wait. I put my phone on speaker and placed it on the counter. Four hours later no one had come to the phone. I got rid of them and signed up with Assurance Wireless and they really do have unlimited data.

Please stay away from Q-Link Wireless. If you have a complaint about them please reply. So please if this has happened to you get in touch with me I want to see if we can start a class action against them.

The following is just one review from Amazon about a q Link Wireless customer:
