Multiple bomb threats were called into Yale University on Friday afternoon, according to reports.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Several buildings were evacuated after multiple bomb threats were called into Yale University on Friday afternoon, according to the Yale Daily News.
The Yale Daily News reported that the threats were called into multiple buildings in the Old Campus area, and students in the affected buildings have been evacuated to the New Haven Green.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, have responded to the scene, according to the News.

Several roads are closed in the downtown area and residents are encouraged to avoid the area, WTNH News 8 reported.
