Bulletin Board Pink Aid to Hold Zen-Themed Benefit for Breast Cancer Patients in Connecticut

Pink Aid will hold its Seventh Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon on Thursday, October 5th at Mitchells of Westport 670 Post Rd E, Westport, CT 06880. The event has quickly become one of the most anticipated events of the fall. More than 500 women and men come together united by one mission: to improve the lives of uninsured and underinsured women in Connecticut as they undergo testing, treatment and recovery from breast cancer.

Highlights this year include Zen-themed interior designs, a runway show by American sportswear designers, Veronica Beard, an online auction a talk by author and breast-cancer survivor, Geralyn Lucas and most important, a Warrior Fashion show featuring breast cancer survivors accompanied by loved ones who have provided support and encouragement during their treatment journey.
