We are a boutique fitness studio offering challenging bodyweight workouts created to align your body and mind.
We have created three different modalities, one for those interested in higher intensity, one for those interested in low impact, and one for those looking to improve flexibility and mobility. Each class ends with a 5-minute meditation.
1. Fire 50 focuses on HIIT, alternating between plyometric exercises and strength training exercises. While this class aims to push and challenge you, we offer modifications for all skill levels.
2. Sculpt 50 combines mat Pilates with Barre to strengthen and elongate the muscles. This class is also friendly to all levels.
3. Calm 30 is a combination of manual stretching and myofascial release therapy.
