Workforce Alliance

Workforce Alliance offers demand-driven employment solutions in South Central CT. Through the American Job Centers in South Central Connecticut, a variety of services are offered to job seekers and employers free of charge. Workforce Alliance connects thousands of people to ​employment each year with training, workshops, 1-on-1 counseling, and job clubs. Training programs include Skill Up for Manufacturing, Health Careers Advancement Project, Hospitality Careers Initiative, and Next Steps for Ex-Offenders.
