Join us at the Chapel Cheer Zone to support runners from across New Haven and beyond during the 49th Annual Faxon Law New Haven Road Race on Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day), from 8:30–10:30 a.m. Cheer on 20K and half marathon participants at 1111 Chapel Street, outside the Yale University Art Gallery, between York and High Streets.
Guests enjoy DJ music, complimentary pastries and coffee from Atticus Bookstore Cafe, and sign-making stations to cheer on the runners. The first 75 visitors who check in at The Shops at Yale tent receive free cowbells, and the first 50 guests who create signs will receive a $10 gift card to a local restaurant. As a member of the Council, Attorney Pellegrino will serve as a public official within the Executive Branch of Connecticut state government and will be subject to the State’s Code of Ethics, underscoring his commitment to transparency, integrity, and ethical public service. Pellegrino brings extensive experience in land use law and a deep understanding of Connecticut communities to the Council.
