The Gateway Community College Foundation will host its 29th Annual Hall of Fame on October 29, 2026, bringing together business, civic, philanthropic, and community leaders to celebrate individuals whose leadership and service have made a lasting impact on CT State Gateway and the Greater New Haven community.
This year’s honorees are Gordon Geballe, recipient of the Gateway Lion Award; Carter Winstanley of Winstanley Enterprises, recipient of the Corporate Award; Diane Brown of the New Haven Free Public Library’s Stetson Branch, recipient of the Community Award; and Fereshteh Ganjavi of Elena’s Light, recipient of the Alumni Award.
More than a celebration, the Hall of Fame is one of the Gateway Community College Foundation’s signature fundraising events. Proceeds help provide scholarships, resources, and opportunities that support CT State Gateway students as they pursue their educational and career goals.
Community members, businesses, and organizations are invited to take part by attending the event, becoming a sponsor, or purchasing an advertisement in the 2026 Hall of Fame Program Book. Program advertisements may also be used to share congratulatory messages with this year’s honorees.
The 29th Annual Hall of Fame will take place Thursday, October 29, from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
