Cop Intervenes, Stops Distressed Man From Jumping Off Ferry St. Bridge

NEW HAVEN, CT — The humanity is the point.

New Haven police explained what happened on the Ferry Street Bridge in Fair Haven Thursday.

"While on patrol in Fair Haven, New Haven police Officers Wityak and Evans were alerted to a man in distress, about to jump off the Ferry Street Bridge.
