Cops V. Firefighters: 25th Chiefs Cup Hockey Game Friday-Saturday

This year, the annual game that raises funds for injured 1st responders, is spread over 2 days with live music, open skate Saturday match.

NEW HAVEN, CT —The New Haven Police Hockey Team will take on the New Haven Fire Hockey Team in the 25th annual Chiefs Cup Hockey Game Friday and Saturday.

This year the event is spread over two days, and all proceeds will benefit New Haven police and firefighters who were injured on the job.

Held at the Ralph Walker Rink, 1080 State St., Friday's game starts at 7 p.m., and continues Saturday at noon. Kids under 12 are free. The $20 admission fee includes an open skate Saturday. The event features live music and food and beverages.
