Delaney's Potentially Coming Back To New Haven
The popular restaurant was burned down in a 2014 fire. A proposal to bring it back is in the works.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Delaney's could be making a comeback to Westville soon. A zoning application has been filed to build the restaurant with apartments above it.
The original Delaney's Restaurant and Tap Room burned down in a 2014 fire, according to the New Haven Independent. Owner Ron Groves sold the lot for $400,000.
The site proposal has a total of 32 parking spots, about 28 short of normal zoning regulations. The developer hopes that the a special exception will be made.
