Developer Plans Major Incubator Project In New Haven
A developer has plans to construct a 500,000-square-foot space dedicated to supporting bioscience companies.
NEW HAVEN, CT — A Massachusetts developer has plans to build a 500,000-square-foot laboratory and life sciences incubation space on College Street New Haven, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The state currently owns the land where the new building would constructed, and the project is anticipated to launch once the developer, city, and state come to an agreement.
The space would house about 100,000 square feet of incubator space for life-science enterprises that need more laboratory and office for their companies to grow.
