Ferraro’s Market Dealing with Pests Problems

The popular New Haven grocery store is taking extra precautions as a nearby construction project has led to an increased pests problem.

NEW HAVEN, CT – One of the most popular grocers in the New Haven area is having some problems with pests and is trying to alert its loyal customers through social media that they are doing all they can to fix the issue.

On its Facebook page, Ferraro’s Market on Grand Avenue, has posted the following:

“At Ferraro’s the cleanliness of our store and its surroundings has always been of the utmost importance to use. Unfortunately due to the major construction directly across the street from us it has generated an occasional siting of unwelcomed pests.

“Rest assured Ferraro’s does not take matters such as this lightly,” the Facebook post continues.

“Since this construction has begun we have increased the visits by our exterminator and taken every possible step to protect the perimeter of the building to prevent them from entering the building which as everyone must realize is practically impossible.

“We will continue to be diligent in our efforts during the entire construction process,” the social media post continues. “Thank your for your understanding and to all of the countless loyal customers who have reached out in support of us.”
