Frank Pepe Napoletana Is Taking Its Apizza Way Down South

In the process of getting its license, but already with a location on the edge of the Everglades, Pepe's is taking its apizza to Florida.

NEW HAVEN, CT —Still in the process of applying for a license to begin serving New Haven apizza in Florida, the legendary near-century old Frank Pepe Napoletana is nonetheless already hiring —or at least looking for workers — to staff its first Sunshine State location.

The future site for Frank Pepe’s apizza spot is in Plantation, Florida, on the eastern edge of the Everglades in Broward County, southeastern Florida.

Pepe’s is listed as a tenant with the Trinity Commercial Group for a 2,500 to 3,000 square foot space.

State records show the address for the site is 321 N. University Drive, Bldg. 1, in Plantation.

Frank Pepe’s is also hiring for a location in Bethesda, Maryland.

The Florida eatery will bring the number of locations to 14 in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, and soon, Florida.
