Judy K. Weinstein, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has joined Quinnipiac University School of Law as a part-time faculty member. This fall semester she is teaching Real Estate Transactions. Last month she participated in a Business and Financial Concepts Boot Camp conducted for Quinnipiac’s 2nd year law students.
The Real Estate Transactions course taught by Attorney Weinstein provides an introduction to the law of real estate transactions with an emphasis on mortgage financing. Students must have successfully completed property law prior to this course.
Judy Weinstein’s areas of practice include commercial finance, real estate finance, commercial workouts and restructures, and corporate and business law. She represents local and national banks in the extension, working out and restructuring of asset-based, commercial, mortgage and construction loans. Her real estate practice includes representation of buyers, sellers, owners, landlords, tenants and lenders in a variety of commercial and other real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, and financing of real estate. Judy also advises a number of businesses on assorted business matters, including business formation, financing and governance.
