NEW HAVEN, CT — From a $415,000 four-bedroom on Huntington Avenue to a 12-bedroom, $1.65 million property on Edwards Street, New Haven's latest closings ran the full range of the city's housing stock.

There were five homes sold in New Haven between Sept. 15-16, with a top price of $1,650,000, according to Zillow.com.

265 Lombard St. — Sept. 16, $475,000. The six-bedroom, three-bath home has 3,519 square feet of living space.

49 Huntington Ave. — Sept. 16, $415,000, the lowest price of this batch. The four-bedroom, two-bath home has 1,812 square feet of living space, the smallest of this batch.

43 Edwards St. — Sept. 15, $1,650,000, the top price of this batch. The property has 12 bedrooms and eight baths across 8,720 square feet, the largest of this batch — a bedroom count that suggests a multi-unit property rather than a single-family home.

196 Canner St. — Sept. 15, $1,111,000. The four-bedroom, two-bath home has 2,346 square feet of living space.

210 Colony Road — Sept. 15, $770,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home has 2,366 square feet of living space.

What this says about the New Haven market: Prices in this batch ranged nearly four times over, from $415,000 to $1,650,000. Canner Street brought the highest price per square foot of the five, about $474, while Lombard Street — despite six bedrooms and 3,519 square feet, the second-largest of the batch — sold for the lowest rate, about $135 per square foot.
