
The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness presents: "High Risk Activity among Homeless & Unstably Housed Youth" Wednesday, November 9, 2016, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at United Way of Greater New Haven, Wells Fargo Community Room 370 James Street New Haven, CT 06513
Homeless and housing unstable youth and young adults are at a juncture of risk factors that increase their likelihood of participating in high risk activities.This training hopes to strengthen providers' ability to identify and engage with their clients to prevent them from engaging in high risk behavior as well as help them engage with clients that are already involved in community violence ("groups" or "gangs").

Project Longevity works together with local law enforcement to end community violence and prevent gun violence through alternatives to criminal justice, such as social services, support, and outreach.
