Hillhouse Wins Big, Earns Berth in Football Championship Game

NEW HAVEN, CT — Matthew Brehon rushed for 246 yards, including second-half scoring runs of 89 and 57 yards, to power Hillhouse past Killingly, 49-28 in a Class M football semifinal matchup Monday night.

Shawn Ogarro scored touchdowns on both sides of the ball, on a 10-yard run in the first quarter and a 66-yard fumble return in the final period.

Second-seeded Hillhouse (11-1) will face No. 5 St. Joseph (10-2) Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at West Haven High School.
