Knights Of Columbus Buys $12.8 Million Office Tower In New Haven

The Catholic fraternal organization appears to be expanding its footprint with the purchase of a new property.

NEW HAVEN, CT — The Knights of Columbus recently purchased a Long Wharf office tower for $12.8 million after the building went into foreclosure a year ago, The New Haven Independent reported. The building at 545 Long Wharf Drive was previously sold in 2007 for $40 million to a Massachusetts company.

A Knights of Columbus official said the Catholic fraternal organization plans to use the building for "staffing and spacing needs."
