Three handguns, 300 rounds of ammo, crack, and ecstasy were seized from the New Haven home of Theo Sargent in 2019, feds say.

NEW HAVEN, CT —Theo Sargent, 43, of New Haven, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 33 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute crack and gun possession by a felon, federal prosecutors said. The Justice Department said that according to court documents and statements made in court, on May 10, 2019, New Haven Police conducted a court-authorized search of Sargent's Quinnipiac Avenue home. Investigators seized three handguns, more than 300 rounds of ammunition, approximately 20 grams of crack, quantities of marijuana and MDMA, and items used to process and package narcotics for street sale, federal prosecutors said. Sargent was arrested on state charges on that date.
