Man Shot, Killed In New Haven
A 22-year-old man was shot and killed in New Haven Sunday morning.
NEW HAVEN, CT — New Haven police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old Meriden man, Carlos Gonzalez. The crime was reported Sunday at 8:44 a.m. at Kimberley Avenue near First Street.
Police found the victim lying on a First Street sidewalk. Emergency medical responders arrived and treated the victim, who was transported to the hospital and pronounced deceased.
An ambulance transported the victim to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
