Before Masking Up, CCTV Shows 'Fully Visible Face' Of Man Cops Say Robbed Corner Store: NHPD

NEW HAVEN, CT — A 21-year-old man was charged with first-degree robbery/deadly weapon in connection with a recent armed robbery at the A to Z Deli Mart, 738 Orchard St., police said.

In a post to Facebook, the New Haven Police Department noted that CCTV led investigators to identify Barry Silberberg, Jr. of New Haven.

"Surveillance footage captured Barry Silberberg with his face fully visible before he attempted to conceal his identity," police said.
