NEW HAVEN, CT — An East Rock resident who suspected a package had been stolen had it returned by a neighbor.
The video as seen in the Neighbors app shows a man drop off a package around 2 p.m. Jan. 11.
"So many theories on what happened," the resident wrote in the Neighbors app. "Thank you to the neighbor who returned it."
