New Haven 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide, Scheduled Time

NEW HAVEN, CT – July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around New Haven so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store this July 4th in New Haven:

What: New Haven 4th Of July Fireworks

Where: Wilbur Cross High School, 181 Mitchell Drive

When: July 4 AT 9 PM

Summary: Official viewing is from Wilbur Cross High School where we will have music from WYBC starting at 7 p.m., but you will see a great display from anywhere you can see the monument atop East Rock Park. Food trucks will be located at Wilbur Cross and College Woods.

Please note - the summit of East Rock will be closed on July 4th for the event. In the event of rain the event will be held on July 5th - the decision will be made no later than 7am on July 4th.
