NEW HAVEN, CT — An 11-year-old New Haven boy is missing, and police are asking for the community's help in locating him.

Ocean Francois was last seen Tuesday at around 4 p.m. in the area of Wooster Place near Conte West School.

He is 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, with brown eyes and short hair. He wears a ring on each hand. When last seen, he was wearing a white polo shirt and khaki pants.

Police said he may be in the New Haven or Hamden area.
