New Haven Clerk Advises Use Of Absentee Ballot Mailboxes
The two mailboxes are installed in front of both entrances at Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE voters to use either of the TWO (2) State
of Connecticut official Absentee Ballot mailboxes (white & yellow with
official state seal), which are installed in front of both entrances at Hall
of Records, 200 Orange Street. Please utilize boxes for absentee
applications and ballots.

• The Office of the Connecticut Secretary of the State will be sending out
applications for absentee ballots to all eligible (active, registered) voters
on a rolling basis between Tuesday September 8th and Friday
September 11th. If you have not received an application by September
18th, please use the link to print or call to request an application.

under “Election Information” or Secretary of State (SOTS) website.
• List of official General Election candidates will be available after
September 15th, and Absentee ballots become available October 2, 2020.
• The City Clerk’s staff is working very hard to accommodate all requests
and phone calls, we ask that you be patient during this upcoming election
season. Thank you for your cooperation.
