New Haven Man Charged With Sexual Assault: Milford PD
The accused is facing multiple sexual assault charges.
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man is accused of sexually assaulting a person in Milford, police said. On Nov. 28, police took custody of Ezekiel Carr, 58, of Crest Street in New Haven in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.
On Oct. 22, police received a complaint of a possible sexual assault, this investigation led to a warrant for Carr's arrest, police said.
He is charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was released on a $5,000 bond and given a court date of Dec. 26.
