New Haven Man Charged With Threatening Woman With Knife: Report

A New Haven man on probation for violating a restraining order was charged with threatening his former girlfriend and children with a knife.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A New Haven man has been arrested on allegations that he broke into his former girlfriend's house in Bridgeport and threatened her and her children with a knife. Julian Geter, 33, of Ramsdell Street was on probation for violating a restraining order when the incident occurred, according to The Connecticut Post.

Geter was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree burglary, first-degree reckless endangerment, and three counts of risk of injury to a child.

He was held on $250,000 bond, according to The Connecticut Post.
