New Haven Man Hits Woman With Car On Purpose: Milford PD
The accused was given a bond of $200,000.
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man is being held in lieu of a $200,00 bond after he is accused of intentionally hitting a woman with his car, Milford Police said. Fortunately, the victim was not injured, police say.
On June 15, police took custody of Edward Lilly, 38, of Henry Street in New Haven in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.
"Lilly is accused of purposefully striking a female with his vehicle in the parking lot of 1365 Boston Post Road on May 2, 2019," Milford Police said in a news release.

Lilly is charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, reckless driving, and evading responsibility.
