New Haven Man, Woman Physically Fighting Inside Vehicle In Milford: Police

MILFORD, CT — Two New Haven residents were charged with allegedly fighting while inside a vehicle in Milford, police said.

On June 18, officers responded to the area of New Haven Avenue and Brewster Road on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Ruth Blango, 21, of Newhall Street and Andre Green, 22, of Gilbert Avenue, who are accused of engaging in a physical altercation with each other inside of a vehicle as they were traveling on New Haven Avenue near Brewster Road, police said.

They were both charged with second-degree breach of peace and are due to appear in court today.
