NEW HAVEN, CT — Update: “This is now a homicide investigation,” police said late Monday afternoon. “The victim is a 21 year old male from Waterbury.”

New Haven police are investigating a Monday afternoon shooting in East Shore where three people were struck by gunfire, they posted on "X."
