New Haven Student Knocked Unconscious While Bullied: Lawsuit

NEW HAVEN, CT — A city mother who has a seventh grader has sued the public school district after her son was bullied for years and was knocked unconscious during class, according to a lawsuit.

The lawsuit states that the student at Barnard Environmental Studies Magnet School was bullied for several years and it culminated in him being concussed, according to the New Haven Register.

The mother has had to pay medical bills after the physical incidents, according to the lawsuit.
