Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
Steele has been a teacher for many years in addition to his 47 years as the golf coach at Wilbur Cross High School. In addition to being incredibly hardworking and giving back to the community, he makes us golfers form lifelong memories.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?
Coach always makes sure we have a warm and comfortable welcome. He constantly has his players in mind, regardless of what he does or where he travels. His ties with his former players are excellent, and he always encourages them in all that they do. For the athletes, the community, his fellow colleagues, and the kids he instructs, Coach has established a second home. Coach is someone I will always respect for his commitment and hard effort.
