One-Stop Health Care for the Whole Family Comes to Branford

Shoreline Family Health Care (SFHC), offering a whole-health approach for the whole family, is now open and welcoming new patients. SFHC offers medical and behavioral health services for patients of all ages, under one roof. Patients can select from either primary care or mental health services, or benefit from the seamless access of having both providers in one, convenient location. The facility also offers an on-site pharmacy and lab testing.

Located at 221 West Main Street, Branford, just over the East Haven line and across from Lake Saltonstall, SFHC is a unique collaboration between BHcare and Fair Haven Community Heath Care (FHCHC), two well-regarded health organizations in the Greater New Haven community. The collaboration integrates BHcare’s decades of behavioral health experience with FHCHC’s longstanding expertise in providing high quality primary medical care. In addition to offering primary care medical providers who can partner with you for many years, same day visits and urgent care appointments are also available.

SFHC also offers substance use assessment and treatment, as well individual, family, and group counseling. SFHC is proud to provide accessible health care and accepts most private health insurance and managed care plans as well as Medicaid/Husky and Medicare. A Sliding Discount Fee Program is available.
