The dangerous combination was seized when police checked out a suspicious vehicle.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Officers arrested two men after they found a dangerous mixture of cocaine, PCP and fentanyl in a vehicle, according to police.

Police spotted two men sitting in a car on Exchange Street just before 10 p.m. on Aug. 1. The car was running and the lights were off. They acted nervously as officers approached them, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
