Police ID 2 Pedestrians Who Died In Fatal Crash
Police have released the identities of two victims who died in a New Haven crash over the weekend.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Police have identified two people who died when a car crashed into Justin's Deli Market on Grand Avenue at Blatchley Avenue over the weekend. According to NBC CT, the two pedestrians who perished in the wreck were Carlso Kercado, 42, of New Haven, and Emmanuel Torres, 32, of New Haven.
The crash happened at 11 p.m. Friday night. Kercado and Torres were killed when the vehicle struck them and pinned them to the building.
It's unclear what caused the accident. There were two people inside the vehicle at the time of the accident. The driver was injured and taken to a local hospital.

He was listed in stable condition and a passenger in the car suffered minor injuries, NBC CT reported.
