Sexual Deviant Sought In New Haven
The man has been grabbing women inappropriately and doing other unsavory things in public.
NEW HAVEN, CT — Police are asking for the public's help to capture a sexual deviant who has been causing trouble in the East Rock neighborhood. The suspect has been touching women inappropriately and masturbating in public.
No victims were physically harmed, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
"The problem faced is the descriptions of the pervert (or perverts) have varied greatly depending on the reporting person," Hartman said. "He’s been described as either a white, Hispanic or light complexioned black man, between the ages of twenty to forty. He’s been seen on foot and on a bicycle. The incidents have occurred from Pearl Street, north to Farnum Drive and From Foster Street west to Livingston Street."
