Non-Dairy Creamer Culprit In New Haven Street Closure

NEW HAVEN, CT — A suspicious envelope at the Superior Court building ended up being non-dairy creamer.
Wall Street was closed and only one lane of Church Street was open earlier Wednesday, according to the New Haven Register.
Police, fire and some state agencies responded to the scene.
