The toddler was in a stroller and was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night: Breaking

NEW HAVEN, CT — A toddler was struck by a car on Goffe Street Wednesday evening, police said.
A woman was pushing her child in a stroller near the Dixwell Avenue intersection when she and the toddler were struck, according to NBC Connecticut.
The driver stayed on scene and told police he had a green light when the crash occurred.
