Verizon's Wireless network ranked #1 for overall performance in New Haven by RootMetrics(R)

It’s official: Verizon has the best wireless network in New Haven – according to the latest RootScore report from RootMetrics for the first half of 2016 – ranking first in Overall Performance, Network Reliability, and Call Performance.

RootMetrics professional testers drove more than 1,000 miles throughout the New Haven metro area in the recent study, comparing national wireless competitors in a variety of indoor locations and conducting more than 14,000 tests to determine the rankings. This win comes on the heels of Verizon’s first place ranking in the RootScore report for the second half of 2015. The RootMetrics win demonstrates Verizon’s partnership and commitment to its customers and the network in the city of New Haven.
