Woman Pleads Guilty To Trafficking Cocaine

She drove to New Haven and was going to help buy four kilograms of cocaine.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A Chicopee, Mass. woman pleaded guilty to a cocaine trafficking charge after she and another person drove to New Haven in order to buy four kilograms of cocaine.

Latoya McKreith, 36, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, 500 grams or more of cocaine and faces at least five years in federal prison.

She and Laprese Gollman drove to the city May 30, 2018 with a plan to buy the cocaine. Gollman had $100,000 at the time of his arrest, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connecticut office. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
